Disneyland!!!!

Soo.. We went to Disneyland last month!

I am a little behind on blogging {Read verrrryyy behind}

I don't know how people keep up on this stuff..

so I'm going to just try and get a few posts in with the most important parts..

My amazingly awesome parents decided we needed to take a family vacay with everyone!

This was our first with all of us together...

all siblings and spouses 

and it was so much fun

and totally exhausting

Holy moly.. You think disney is exhausting when you're the kid (or the adult kid)

But let me tell you.. its 100 times more exhausting when you HAVE a kid

and I only have one... so I only imagine it becomes more exhausting

But it was the best time 

and Luca truly loved it most the time

He is the most relaxed baby

and his favorite thing is to be outside and people watch

and you and I both know there is a lot of both of those things in Disneyland

so it was perfect!

It was really warm while we were there 

which was really nice, but also completely miserable because we weren't really expecting it.

Day 1-- Sept. 24. Travel to Cali. My dad picked Luca and I up from the airport and we went to lunch. Met up with my parents for grocery shopping. Then headed back to the rental house (which was the most adorable little house ever.. aside from waaaayy too many spiders for one to feel comfortable with) and just hung out for the day. Ryan had a test on Thursday, so he couldn't come until that night. 

Day 2-- Thurs. Sept. 25. Disney day 1! Lots of fun.. Lots of kids rides (that's the way I like Disney) Churros of course, a screaming scared sad little jack jack, and a baby wuca who would fall asleep while I was holding him. I left at about 6 to go pick Ry up from the airport. 

Day 3-- Friday. Sept 26. California Adventure! Cars land is the cutest place ever.. it looks just like the movie! Went on the tower of terror because my husband wanted me to.. and I wanted to make him happy.. and I was only slightly terrified.. (See picture below! lets just say.. I didn't ride anymore scary rides after that.) My best friend growing up, Robyn, and her mom, Leslie, met up with us and spent the day with us! It was a lot of fun seeing them and catching up! I am grateful we have kept our friendship after all these years! Ended the night with World of Color, of course!

Day 4- Sat. Sept 27 My sweet momma kept baby Luca for the morning while Ryan and I headed back to Disneyland and ran through the park! We had such a great morning together, just the two of us! As much as I love that sweet baby  boy of ours, it was nice to have some time with just the two of us! We were only there until about 1.. we were amazed how quickly we could get through the park and do the majority of the rides we wanted to. It was much simpler with just 2 people (I've only ever been to disney with groups of people) plus we got an early start.. fast passed some rides.. and the other lines we waited in were short! So we got lots done and had a great day together! The rest of the day we hung out by the pool and hung out with everyone when they got back from the beach.

Day 5-- Sunday Sept 28-- time to head home!

Thanks Mom and Dad for a great trip!! We can't wait to go back again! :) 

Aunty Womp bought baby Wee B a matcher Mickey hoody.. tell me that isn't the cutest thing you've ever seen!?

I was shaking and grabbing rys arm with all my might
everyone was really eager to see my reaction!

My husband is a total babe.. it's fine.

I was initially wearing a tank top under this tank top..
it came off within 5 minutes of being at the park...
It was waaaayyy too hot
I never get hot.. but I really was.. so much so that I didn't even care my bra was hanging out all day.. Oops!

The time I went to get ry from the airport and had to find my moms car in the disney parking garage
when I didn't ride over in her car.. it was a little difficult.
I ended up having to walk the full length and then back the other way because I couldn't cut across right here like I needed to.

JJ said "Ryree.. we go to cars land.. there aren't any bad guys there"

Monsters Inc ride is usually a 2 second line to wait in..
Until Disneyland closes for their halloween party and everyone in the world comes over to California Adventure..
then it's an hour and a half wait
but you wait.. cus you want baby luca to see it!
And then he falls asleep while waiting in said line... of course!

The house was soo cute! This was the princess room.. fully equipped with princess dresses for the girls to dress up in!
And the cars room had little driver costumes for the boys.. it was the cutest!

When the water in the bathtub you started in wont go warm.. you book it with the nakey babies to the other end of the house..
and I take pictures to send to Ryan.
